What is a one piece Induction Seal liner?

The packaging industry, the closing of containers aof any kind with the help of foil seal is impossible to imagine.
The Food sector as well as the packaging of chemicals has proven sealing by induction. The high through put of the inductive sealing makes this clean, friendly and durable type of packaging extremly economical.

Sealing foil made of plastic-coated aluminium offers good barrier proprties. It also guarantees the clean, friendly and at the same time fixed and permanent sealing of container.

Inductive seals containers made of PP, PE, PS, PVC, PET and Glass with different content, hermetically to seal. In most cases the seal consist of two layers, witch allow the inductive sealing.

Function

The seal is used, with the aluminium foil coated side outwards in the lid.

After filling the tank, the lid is firmly closed and sieving through the induction system.

This heats up the Aluplast in seconds with the enamel layer, which connects the container tightly with the Aluplast.

The content is now hermetically closed up to the first opening of the consumer.

When opening, carriers remain with foil at the edge of the container. A secondary seal is not found here.
